Bloxnova – Refund Policy
REFUNDS
Bloxnova offers a 24-hour delivery guarantee for digital products. If you do not receive your purchased digital item within 24 hours of completing your order, you may be eligible to request a refund.
Refund requests must be submitted within 3 days after the 24-hour delivery window has passed.
DELIVERY METHODS
Most digital items are delivered through our automated delivery system immediately after purchase.
Automated delivery is not available for Bee Swarm Simulator products at this time.
ELIGIBILITY FOR A REFUND
To be eligible for a refund, all of the following conditions must be met:
- You must have attempted the automated delivery system, if available for your product. (A delivery link is shown after purchase and sent to your email.)
- You must have contacted Bloxnova Support to request manual delivery assistance and allowed reasonable time for our team to respond.
- For Bee Swarm Simulator items, you must have contacted support for manual delivery, as these items are not eligible for automated delivery.
- The digital item must not have been successfully delivered or claimed.
- Your refund request must be submitted within the allowed refund window.
HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND

Please include:
- Your order number
- The email used for purchase
- The game associated with your order
- Confirmation that you contacted support for manual delivery
If your request is approved, you will be notified via email and your refund will be processed automatically.
Refunds typically take 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider or bank.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS & EXCEPTIONS
The following are not eligible for refunds or exchanges:
- Digital items that have already been successfully delivered or claimed
- Bee Swarm Simulator items that have been manually delivered
- Orders with incorrect information provided by the buyer (e.g., wrong username or account details)
- Refund requests submitted outside the allowed timeframe
- Orders where support was not contacted for manual delivery
Due to the nature of digital goods, all completed deliveries are final.
ABUSE & PAYMENT DISPUTES
Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes after successful delivery or without following this refund process may result in permanent restriction from using Bloxnova.
